Ho Chi Minh City, July 16, 2026 – Tien Phat Technology Joint Stock Company (TPCOMS), one of Vietnam’s leading end-to-end digital platform providers, together with StarCloud Information Limited (StarCloud), a China-based provider of connectivity infrastructure and international network services, officially launched TPSTAR Telecommunications Services Company Limited (TPSTAR).
The establishment of TPSTAR marks a new milestone in the partnership between the two companies, combining TPCOMS’ implementation capabilities in Vietnam with StarCloud’s global connectivity network to deliver digital infrastructure solutions for enterprises across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
The event was attended by Mr. Huynh Tien Quoc Viet, CEO of TPCOMS; Mr. Do Quoc Anh, Deputy CEO of TPCOMS and CEO of TPSTAR Telecommunications Services Company Limited; Mr. Jin Cheng, Co-CEO of StarCloud; as well as executives and strategic representatives from both organizations.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Do Quoc Anh, Deputy CEO of TPCOMS and CEO of TPSTAR, shared the strategic direction behind the collaboration between TPCOMS and StarCloud in establishing TPSTAR. He noted that the combination of TPCOMS’ expertise in ICT infrastructure, cloud computing, and digital transformation with StarCloud’s international connectivity network will create a digital infrastructure platform designed to meet the evolving connectivity and digital transformation needs of enterprises.
Following the opening remarks, Mr. Jin Cheng, Co-CEO of StarCloud, introduced StarCloud’s vision for the Vietnam and Southeast Asia markets. He emphasized Vietnam’s strong potential for digital infrastructure development and expressed his expectation that TPSTAR would serve as a bridge between StarCloud’s global connectivity network and TPCOMS’ local implementation capabilities, bringing the “Global Reach, Local Execution” vision into reality.
The highlight of the event was the Ceremonial Partnership Signing and the official launch of TPSTAR. Witnessed by all attendees, representatives of TPCOMS and StarCloud exchanged the signed cooperation agreement and shook hands to reaffirm their strategic commitment,officially marking the launch of TPSTAR and the beginning of a new chapter in their partnership.
Built on StarCloud’s global connectivity capabilities and TPCOMS’ extensive experience in digital infrastructure deployment, TPSTAR will focus on delivering Data Center Interconnect (DCI), IP Transit, Enterprise ICT, Gaming Network Optimization, and OTT/Streaming Solutions. The company aims to serve domestic enterprises, FDI companies, and AI, Cloud, OTT, and Gaming service providers expanding their operations across Vietnam and Southeast Asia
In the closing remarks, representatives of both companies reaffirmed their long-term commitment to collaboration, emphasizing that the launch of TPSTAR marks the beginning of a strategic partnership focused on expanding the digital infrastructure ecosystem, strengthening international connectivity, and delivering digital infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving needs of enterprises.
